Tucson, AZ (February 28) – This year’s Southern Arizona Home Builders Association (SAHBA) Spring Home and Patio Show is set for April 5, 6 and 7 at the Tucson Convention Center (TCC). Free parking will be available at all TCC lots.
The SAHBA Stage will be focused on health and wellness for both you and your home with daily presentations on how to ensure a safe and healthy home environment. Experts will be on hand to discuss tips on everything from smoke detection, to heating and cooling, solar, LED lighting, spa therapy and swimming fitness.

There’s a lot of new things to do and see and learn at this year’s Southern Arizona Home Builders Association Fall Home and Garden Show.
All weekend in the ballroom Michaels “Where Creativity Happens” will be hosting seminars on cake decorating, scrap booking, knitting, crocheting, and face painting for the kids. On Saturday, Kathy Cano-Murillo, founder of the award-winning CraftyChica.com will join Cyndi Coon of Lovely Lula Studio. These two nationally known stars of the home crafting world will team-up to share their exciting creative ideas with home show guests.
Cano-Murillo is an author and designer. Her motto for life is \"Crafts. Drama. Glitter.\" Join her to learn how to make colorful silk scarves using Crafty Chica Juicy Fabric Inks.
Coon Cyndi will demonstrate how to make T-shirt yarn from old, worn out T-shirts. She will also present how to turn the yarn into flowers and accessories.
In addition, presentations will be hosted by Home Depot Home Services in the arena.
Free Public Parking at This Year’s SAHBA Fall Home and Garden Show

For the first time ever there will be free public parking at the Tucson Convention Center (TCC) courtesy of the Southern Arizona Home Builders Association. There are three parking lots adjacent to the TCC and a fourth parking area located at the city/state garage at Congress Boulevard and Manning House Way.
The TCC is located at 260 South Church Avenue in downtown Tucson.

Consumer research at the show indicates that people can spend up to four hours at the Tucson Convention Center, visiting booths, eating and enjoying the entertainment. Visitors report that they attend the show to search for new ideas and new products and are prepared to purchase items at the show. Nearly 75% of the attendees have been to the show more than once. More than half are women: 62% have incomes of above $51,000 and 65% are over 45.

This one-stop idea provides consumers with access to several remodelers and remodeling suppliers, all in one location.
