Many guests spend on average over three hours at SAHBA's Home Shows. Hundreds of exhibitors take over at the Tucson Convention Center where you'll find an expansive array of new and innovative home improvement products for your indoor and outdoor living areas.
Guests love the opportunity to comparison shop all under one roof so be sure to bring your comfortable walking shoes. And don't forget to take advantage of special show values and discounts. Many exhibitors offer drawings and prizes as well.

Michael's Craft Stores will have on hand at the home show with their demonstration experts all three days from 10-2. Come learn how to Knit and Crochet, make Jewelry and Beads, Scrapbook and get some great baking hints. BBQ4U celebrates over 20 years of providing tri-tip for the SAHBA Home Show. We are thrilled that they will be in their usual location in the food court outside in the TCC firelane.
SAHBA Experts on Healthy Homes
Southern Arizona Home Builders Association members will be presenting all weekend on a Healthy Home.
How do you know if your home is healthy? What products should you be using and what are harmful? What kind of paint is best? What's the scoop on carbon monoxide and smoke detectors? What's the best flooring for me and the way I live?
They will also be discussing heating and cooling units and the importance of changing out the filters. The benefits of solar, financial savings and health benefits will also be presented by ABCO Solar.
Interested in finding out more on the LED lighting craze? Sun Lighting will cover the costs and the benefits of LED lighting as well as the health and financial benefits of Ceiling Fans.

Mad Science on Saturday!
SATURDAY ONLY is Mad Science! This is a must see for kids but the adults will be astounded as well as they learn!
Mad Science of Pima County has been edu-taining the children of Southern Arizona since 1996. They bring high-energy hands-on science for kids 5-12 years old. Tens of thousands of students have seen our spectacular science shows. We also do summer camps, birthday parties, after-school science clubs and in-school field-trips.
CPR Demonstrations by REACT
We're excited to have REACT performing CPR training. The REACT group at The University of Arizona College of Medicine is a group of students, faculty, and staff who work together to teach Chest Compression Only CPR to the Tucson community. They will be doing a short presentation on the technique developed at The University of Arizona followed by CCO-CPR training.
Mid-Valley Athletic Club
Mid-valley Athletic Club joins into the health and wellness theme with their presentations all weekend. This will include 30 minute demonstrations from Silver Sneakers targeted to the active adult on Friday, as well as trainers, nutritionist seminars, and massage demos all weekend.
Central Pet Stage
Back for the second year, Major Sponsor Central Pet will take over the arena with their Central Pet Experience and the Central Pet Stage.
At Central Pet Experience agility training will be running all weekend. See The Animal Experts and their critters they have on hand, found in our own backyards.
Pima Animal Care Center will be there with pet adoptions all weekend. The Fall 2012 Home Show saw over 30 pet adoptions, making SAHBA Home Show the largest offsite pet adoption effort.
On the Central Pet Stage will be local veterinarians talking about health and wellness of your pet. What do you do to keep them healthy and active?
The stage will also host K9 Nose Work demonstrations, protection training, basic grooming techniques, how to crate train your dog and an amazing program – Pet Therapy.
Home Depot Home Services Stage
Home Depot does it up big, as a Major Sponsor of the SAHBA Home Show, their stage and booths in the exhibit hall will be very busy all weekend long. With participation from all local Tucson Home Depot Stores there will be games, activities and give aways all three days of the show.
On the stage, all weekend will be gardening classes, spring planting tips and how to take care of your plants. Home Depot will also have experts teaching topics on outdoor lighting and enhancing your patio.

Let's Get Ready to RUMBA
Tucson Clean & Beautiful showcases professional and aspiring recycling artists in its RUMBA (Re-Used Materials Becoming Art) competition, located in the Ballroom.
The "Recycled Art" Contest and Display, is free and open to all students in kindergarten through 12th grades, with local dignitaries judging the students' work. Projects are submitted individually or as a group. Prizes are awarded based on the judges' recommendations.
College students, community groups and professional artists also submit their works for inclusion in the RUMBA display; their works are not be judged.
Tucson Clean & Beautiful, a nonprofit organization, is the flagship for community based environmental volunteer efforts in the Tucson metro area.
Three Easy Steps to Improving your Home Security
Home security expert Keith Duncan, will share valuable prevention tips to make homes more secure from low-tech (screws and broom handles) to high-tech (Bio-metric fingerprint locks).
